Today I am going to share a Diy Green Tea Toner for clear and radiant skin. Green Tea has been found to delay signs of aging, the polyphenols and flavonoids present in the green tea protect the skin from oxidative damage and reduce acne. The Chinese staple is considered the healthiest tea out there !! They swear by its myriad of health benefits. It balances your skin’s pH level making it clear and supple, also helps in fighting acne, rosacea, etc.
It’s loaded with antioxidants, vitamins such as Vit. B2, E, K and catechins, the Green Tea Toner maintains collagen levels and supports new skin growth, delays sun damage, age spots and wrinkles, fights wrinkles and lowers sebum production giving you clear skin. So, as mentioned above, Let’s see how to make this Green Tea Toner.
What all you need to prepare the Green Tea Toner ;
- Green Tea – 2Tsp
- Distilled Water – 4 cup
- Rosewater – 4 tsp
- Vit E – 1 capsule
- Empty Spray Bottle
How to prepare ;
- Brew Green Tea leaves in 4 cups of distilled water.
- Let it simmer for about 10 mins, turn off the stove and let the green tea cool.
- Strain and add Vit. E, add rosewater to the brewed green tea.
- Voila!! Your Diy Green Tea Toner is ready.
- Transfer the solution to a spray bottle and refrigerate.
How to use the Green Tea Toner ;
Cleanse your face with coconut oil before applying this toner, then spray it on your face or dab a cotton ball in the toner and apply all over your face, let it soak in, once it dries moisturize your face. Moreover, you can use this face toner every time you step out in the sun. Seal with a moisturizer with high Spf.

Why should you use this;
Green tea: Loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties helps fight bacteria, delays aging, fine lines unclog pores and add a glow to your skin.
Tannins present in green tea reduces puffiness and treats dark circles.
Polyphenols present in green tea helps clear acne from your skin; the flavinoids protect the skin against sunburn by absorbing harmful UVB.
Rosewater: Has Antibacterial properties and acts as a refreshing base that helps in fighting pigmentation and blemishes.
Vit. E oil: Helps in the reduction of scars and heals the skin. Keep it hydrated and moisturized and radiant, prevents premature aging and also acts as a cleansing agent.
You can make small batches of this Green Tea toner for clear and radiant skin, or enhance its properties and shelf life by adding the essential oil of your choice, adding a drop or two of tea tree essential oil, makes it more potent in fighting bacterial build-ups, acne, etc. I hope this helps.
