hibiscus for skin beauty benefits

Hibiscus, also known as China rose, Surprisingly it has amazing beauty and health benefits both for skin and hair. Spring is around the corner and flowers in my garden are in full bloom. While roses are yet to blossom, Hibiscus is on a roll. Blooming and drying at such a rapid rate that I had to use them in my beauty routine.

Also mentioned in Ayurveda and holds a special place in ancient Chinese beauty secrets. Extensively rich in Anthocyanins, Hibiscus is a natural source of Alpha Hydroxy Acids(AHA) that speeds up cell rejuvenation, reverses damage from harmful UV rays and gives you a natural Facelift. Vit.C present in the flower exfoliates and prevents breakouts. It has promising benefits for Hair and can be used to dye them too.
